On 28.5.2013 in Cologne, the PLATH Intelligence Workshop met for the fourth time in its history on the verge of the renowned EW Europe conference and in collaboration with the AOC. As a COMINT specialist, PLATH focused on the future of communications intelligence and discussed the challenges of the latest technology in the field and management of intelligence processes and systems with guest speakers and a professional audience from the military and industry.

More than 200 participants attended the specialist lectures and discussion sessions ensuring that there was a lively exchange of ideas at the usual very high level. The main topics were "Future Sensors", "Intelligence Collection Management" and "Special Intelligence Operations".

"We are delighted by the steady increase in the number of visitors, which clearly demonstrates the high demand for an event of this sort throughout the world", explained Michael Niewöhner, Director Presales of PLATH GmbH.

Other leading manufacturers, including Rohde & Schwarz and ELISRA, introduced themselves with some interesting contributions at the specialist conference organised by PLATH.
