Kevlar® XP™ technology

Kevlar® XP™ technology for soft body armour features a patented woven fabric technology that provides a durable weight efficient solution. This patented technology helps provide a 15% reduction in back face deformation and superior ballistic performance in a 100% Kevlar® solution. Kevlar® XP™ for soft body armour gives law enforcement officers the freedom of movement they need to protect themselves and the public.

Kevlar® XD technology

Kevlar® XD technology offers the best in class unidirectional structures with superior balance of performance and protection per unit weight as well as reduced impact trauma while providing better performance against fragments specifically for military.


Tensylon® is a high performance polyethylene based hard armour product using tape technology that offers armour solutions providers a unique combination of low-weight ballistic and mechanical protection to meet their design needs. Tensylon® is widely used in hard armour elements for personal protection such as shields, insert plates and helmets, and has been successfully implemented in land vehicle, maritime, aerospace and architectural armour applications.


Proven in emergency response and in industrial situations, military clothing made with Nomex® fiber is inherently flame-resistant, so the protection won't wash or wear out. It won't melt, drip, or support combustion in the air, giving warfighters the confidence it takes to focus on the mission.
