"By having the most important asset of them all - highly skilled and motivated employees - we are able to act globally and thereby maintain and expand our prominent market position," says Jens Maaløe, Terma President & CEO. "Professional dedication and true commitment from every employee is our strength and a crucial prerequisite for remaining best-in-class within our line of business.

"In the coming years, we expect to increase the number of employees in our Grenaa plant considerably. To further promote our employment opportunities within the Aerostructures Business Area, we recently launched a new film.

"As part of a strategic collaboration between Terma, Lockheed Martin, Aarhus University, and the Technical University of Denmark, five future F-35 interns were announced Friday 13 November. In mid-January 2016, the students of engineering will leave for a five-month internship at Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, Texas, US, where they will have every opportunity to learn, explore, and acquire other skills than those taught at the university.
