At DSEI 2015, Terma presents its new C-Flex COMPACT Mission System. C-Flex COMPACT is a tactical system designed to support maritime vessels in carrying out operational tasks. It provides situational awareness, efficient planning and decision making, and contains tools for intelligence and legal evidence collection.
C-Flex COMPACT inherits its capabilities from Terma's full C-Flex Combat Management System and thus has a very solid technology base. A set of add-on packages provide full integration of SCANTER surveillance radars, IFF, electro optics, fire control, and data link.
Physically, the system is completely contained in one operator console with no need for auxiliary equipment in racks or elsewhere. The first C-Flex COMPACT has been ordered by an undisclosed customer in a configuration with SCANTER 6000 surveillance radar and an IFF system.
