Omnetics - Small and durable latching connectors

Omnetics' easy to use latch system allows for easy mating and demating without tools and provides a secure, reliable connection. The simple latching system adds minimal weight and takes up very little space, while still allowing the user to easily mate and demate the connector.

Connectors from Omnetics are some of the smallest and most durable on the market. Latches are available in Micro-D (QPL-qualified to MILDTL- 83513), Nano-D (QPL-qualified to MIL-DTL-32139), and Micro Strip formations.

Omnetics uses an exclusive Flex Pin mating system that ensures constant contact and a reliable connection. Pins and sockets are made from gold-plated beryllium copper and can withstand up to 2,000 mating cycles. These connectors can operate through a high temperature range (up to 125°C, with some options up to 200°C), high shock and vibration, and a high mating and unmating force. Micro connectors are rated at 3 AMPs per contact, and Nano connectors are rated at 1 AMP per contact. Omnetics designs and manufactures all Micro and Nano connectors in a single facility in Minnesota, US.
